I had the pleasure of experiencing a hypnotherapy session with Lynn, and it was such a grounding and enlightening experience. I completed Lynn's 21 day transformation kickstart. This was my first experience and I came in without specific expcetations. After 21 days I feel lighter, with reduced stress and more energy.
