Light Side Up

I can’t say enough about Tricia. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she is warm and so easy to talk to. Tricia helped me with a paralyzingly fear of driving on highways and over bridges. My fear set in suddenly after decades of driving, for no apparent reason. Tricia worked through this fear with me. She was so patient. We had in person and zoom sessions, and I came out feeling confident and refreshed. She gave me strategies to overcome this and I have been able to conquer this fear, with her help. I recommend Tricia 100%!!

I'll start by saying that I've been a Hypnotherapist for just over 10 years. So when I needed help with an issue that was literally plaguing me, I knew hypnosis was the way to go - the issue was, who was I going to trust with it? I researched and looked into a ton of hypnotherapists when I came across Tricia. I stopped there. It was clear from our 15 minute consultation that she was the person I was going to trust with this, who I felt would be able to help me. Not only has my issue cleared up (no surprised there, that's the magic of hypnosis!), but I actually felt comfortable being able to be the client, without my inner Hypnotherapist coming through, and that honestly surprised me. I didn't write a review right after I finished because I wanted to make sure it worked. I was hypnotized to quit smoking on Nov 2 2021 its now Aug 28 2023 and I have not had a cigarette since leaving my hypnosis I would 100% recommend Light side up it has changed my life I'm coming up on 2 years smoke free. I used to smoke over a pack a day for 32 years so if it worked for me it will work for you. - S B
