My company has long been a customer of Technikel. While I have been happy with the service in the past, last week their team exceeded my expectations. I had back to back IT issues that prevented me from accessing our company server and Microsoft Office – both of which are critical to my day to day. Technikel was swift in assigning a team member to diagnose the challenges I was facing and to resolve the issues. With a very full week I was so grateful for the expediency and capabilities offered by their team. Thank you!

Technikel Solutions helped us to reduce our I.T. costs by eliminating our small business server and move our exchange to the cloud. Chris has helped us to synchronize more reliably with all our devices, and we have eliminated all our expensive server maintenance issues. In addition, Technikel helped us to more efficiently manage our conference room media and improve our network speed.

Switching to Technikel Solution's Managed IT Services relieved one of our largest pain points and made us more efficient. I like that the team is local. When we require someone to be on site, it happens relatively quickly. The initial projects to get us up to standard took time, but once completed, the rewards were obvious.
