The RCFM rep that I contacted identified the problem right away AND instead of charging me to fix the problem, he told me exactly how to explain what needed to be done to the cable company and I was able to get it done for free.

Excellent prompt service! Rob can help you over the phone. If this doesn't work he can access your computer (with you permission and help) and go right into your system to try to get a fix. If this doesn't work he can come to your location or you can bring your computer to his facility for the fix. i have done all 3 with him and the result was he repaired the problem each time.
