I was greeted with a smile, service was impeccable. They were very quick and prompt, asking what I needed, etc. appreciate the service. When I saw the my bubble tea come out in a cup like this that I get to take home, I was thrilled! I really feel they go the extra mile. They're all so friendly, and the food was great. I'd love to come back and try more food. Portion size--exactly what I needed. I have to say the spicy pork ramen wasn't that spicy. On a scale 1-10 I'd rate it a 2 or 3. The decor of the restaurant definitely gives that Japanese feel, they even have a mini-mart where they sell products from Japan.

I don’t usually give reviews but I quickly did after being served by Carol, she really went above and beyond for my husband, myself and our son. She kept checking on us, helping our son with his chopsticks and ensuring everything was up to par. We felt welcomed and cared for and would happily come again next time we stop in St. Albert. The sushi was amazing, but overall the service left us feeling overjoyed.

The sushi here was amazing. I was visiting the area and had to come back here the next night for a second round! High-quality construction, ingredients, and taste. Service was also polite and knowledgeable.

Top-notch customer service! They were so understanding of my gluten allergy and extremely accommodating! The lady that took my order was just the sweetest and most patient human ever.. same with the manager (or maybe the owner), she seemed very concerned of my allergy and was present the entire time supervising the staff and food handling.. she was so kind and just amazing! My sushi was super fresh and delicious. I’ll be tipping twice as much next time.

This location , Tudor Glen, in St Albert has awesome staff! I have eaten here 4 days in a row as where I reside, there is no Edo Japan. Every meal I have purchased was excellent! No complaints or concerns. Bathroom is very clean. The staff are very friendly and always greet me warmly and with big smiles. I still have another 4 days in St Albert and I hope to get sushi and spring rolls here every one of those 4 days.

Always phenomenal customer service. Being greeted by at least 2 people and very friendly asking how you are. Food isn't anything fancy but great for the price.

I am new in the town and visit this restaurant more than 1 time and will continue to order from them. Quick services, friendly staff, hot and yummy dishes. My children like them a lot, especially their Teriyaky chicken rice bowl, tempura and susshiiii! A must try in town.

Best Tokyo Express in the greater Edmonton area in my opinion. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Try the salmon bowl with an extra side of sesame sauce and thank me later.

BEST TOKYO EXPRESS BRANCH!!!!!!! Highly recommend their dragon eye roll! Also love the new drink they offer. So good.
