They have been offering authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine in the heart of Downtown Victoria for more than twenty-five years. The restaurant provides top-quality fresh food and absolutely fantastic service. They also have a couple of tricks they toss in to make it a little more entertaining to watch. Their staff make you feel like you are at home. Their sesame chicken and teriyaki beef are served with a combo of marinated, deep-fried chicken and grilled slices of sirloin. “Ebizo Japanese restaurant is a cozy spot for creative sushi & cooked Japanese fare, including teriyaki dinners and a full bar. They use the best quality ingredients to make a difference in taste and freshness. The miso soup is loaded with wakame and tofu. They offer a warm, fresh towel to wash your hands and tea at the beginning and ensure that you are always taken care of promptly. All this and the price is on par with other sushi restaurants of lower quality. Their staff are lovely and attentive. Try their Prawn Tempura, Vegetable Tempura, Tuna Tataki, and Salmon Tataki. They have a full bar service and a television.”
