We came to Barthau Jewellers for a custom ring using our own stones. David spent time with us brainstorming potential designs and showed us examples of previous work for inspiration. There was no pressure at all to commit to the project right away which was appreciated. David created a 3D model video of the ring to see it from all angles and make sure we were happy with it (and he was very quick to update the design based on feedback). The ring was completed quickly and the price was reasonable. Most importantly, the ring itself is beautiful and unique. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The customer service throughout the process was excellent as well. Highly recommend Barthau Jewellers to anyone looking for a quality jeweller!

I started my search for my engagement ring and didn’t have much interest in going to a big “box store”. I saw the reviews and decided to check the store out. The minuet I entered I was welcomed and they didn’t make me feel out of place. David was absolutely amazing at helping me decide all the details of my ring, he took his time walking me through all the steps and what I should look out for, and even went as far and reminding me about the fitment of a wedding band which most don’t typically consider right away. I didn’t have plans to be getting a ring that day, but after all the time he had taken I just knew this is where I would get my ring. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase that day, and within an hour my soon to be fiancé and I were back to make the deposit. I cannot thank them enough for their help and I super excited for the day we get the ring. I cannot recommend them enough!

David and his team helped us design and create a custom engagement ring. It exceeded our expectations. The communication with Dave and his team was stellar and they were very responsive. Dave was sure to keep us involved every step of the way. He was very accommodating with our schedule as we are from out of town. The ring is gorgeous and everything we envisioned. 10/10 would recommend this purchasing experience. We will be coming back for our wedding bands!
