She answered all my questions thoroughly and assured me that the utmost care would be taken from start to finish. My engagement ring diamond replacement was stunning and my entire ring set had been polished up … looked totally brand new. Even the packaging upon return to me was impeccable and showed that the company takes great pride in their service that was provided to me. Thanks again for everything.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never heard of this company until I had to go through insurance because I lost the diamond in my engagement ring. I was so very impressed and pleased with my experience. All the staff are so kind and friendly but Yahir was by far the most incredible to work with! He absolutely went above and beyond to recreate my ring and it’s stunning. They were professional but the quality of my ring and diamond in particular is spectacular. They made my ring as a near replica of my original but the quality is a vast improvement. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a custom piece. They also offered to take my wedding bands and make them look like new. I couldn’t be happier. They know jewelry!!!

I had so much fun working with Amanda on reimagining my ring! I wanted something modern that reflected my style. I had the emerald cut diamonds but we added the black diamonds to achieve that modern edge. From start to finish, I enjoyed my experience working with Amanda and Executive Diamond Services.
