Wonderful service! Helped be out when they didn’t have to with a way overdue return and helped pick out all the charms I needed for my daughter’s future birthdays which I won’t be around for. Thank you to their kindness and helpfulness.
Sara was super friendly and helpful over the phone! And one of the better customer services I've ever gotten at any other Pandora location. When I went to the store, Elaine and Hema helped me out, and knew what I was there for already. They were all so pleasant and patient, and made sure I left happy with my purchase.
