Very kind and attentive staff. They understand the situation (I was cleaning up my senior aunt's place). As they were personable and understanding, it was easier and smoother to 'get the job done'. They worked very hard as well taking all the stuff from the basement up and down the sketchy staircase. I use them all the time and every time has been a good experience. The two gentlemen were polite friendly and very efficient. They even moved a mattress from my hallway to my bedroom and unpacked it for me. I'm extremely grateful for these 2 young men who helped me do something they didn't have to do without hesitation. This was my second time using Just Junk and highly recommend them.

Easy and simple process and pick up with the guys from just junk. Professional and very pleasant to deal with. I had my mattress removed and I feel like the cost of it was worth it and good value.
