TERRY FOX LIBRARY REVIEWS
I use the library all the time although I mainly pick up items I’ve put on hold. They have great hours, open till 8 most weeknights and open weekends. I’m not sure how anyone can complain about their operating hours like a previous poster. The librarians are all nice and seek feedback and they have programs such as ukulele jam as well as kids programs. Being part of the FVRL system means they have a massive catalogue and it never takes long to get what I’ve put on hold.
One of the cleanest and family oriented community centers I have visited so far. They are offering good number of activities and programs for different age groups. I also have used their gym facility which is located in two floors. The first floor gym lacks in equipment variety but the second floor makes a good addition to it.
This place have amazing helpful kindness staff the service was perfect especially the library and pool.

Pitt River Bridge stands as one of Port Coquitlam's most prominent landmarks. This impressive bridge project, with a total cost of $200 million, spans the Pitt River and replaces two aging swing bridges. The bridge stretches 506 meters long and incorporates a remarkable 380-meter-long three-span cable-stayed design, seamlessly integrated with two approach spans at each end. The project team's ingenuity led to the development of an innovative, cost-effective bridge concept featuring advanced cable-stayed design principles and highly efficient river foundations. This design not only offers substantial advantages in terms of constructability but also provides operational benefits. Remarkably, the new Pitt River Bridge was designed and constructed in a record-breaking 30-month period, ultimately opening to traffic in November 2009.

PITT RIVER BRIDGE REVIEWS
The bridge is the best if you cycle or walk because you can stop and see forever - like Shangri-La to the north or the Fraser River to the south. (see my pic) There are fabulous bike and walking trails up either side of the Pitt River - that lead to more wonderful places. And you can get from one to the other by taking the bridge which has large protected lanes.
This bridge is kind of cool. Easy to take for granted when you drive over it nearly every day! We’ve walked and biked the trail underneath it as well. Remember very well the swing bridge here before this one was built! Oh Happy Day, no more having to wait for the bridge to lower!! That was brutal. One can walk and bike over this bridge. The views from here are spectacular! Mt Baker, Golden Ears, Robie Reid. The name Pitt is after William Pitt the British parliamentarian who was also known in helping abolish slavery.
Wonderful place and highly recommended.
