They offer instruction in most instruments for adults, pre-schoolers, and all ages. You can take private one-on-one lessons customized to your needs and objectives or participate in various group lessons. Their students range from children just starting to explore music to those preparing for university, including young adults who enjoy singing and seniors who appreciate music and their social aspect. The teachers are carefully selected for their educational, performance, and teaching skills. Their teachers must have a university or college music degree or an equivalent standing with the Royal Conservatory of Music.

2025 Update: Long & McQuade Port Coquitlam has been serving the musical needs of Port Coquitlam, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and Mission for over 27 years. I am so happy I went with Arman Music Academy! Starting to play an instrument can be intimidating but they made it seem so easy and I could tell that I was learning from highly talented people. If you are looking to learn to play a new instrument or brush up on your skills, I definitely recommend going here so that you can receive the best training possible. They really care about all of their students and ensure that we achieve all of our musical goals!

Arman music academy is incredible. Changed my kids life. Music like math is crucial for human development. I was referred to this music school from a colleague. I was skeptical at first but Arman and Cyrus changed my kids lives. I give 500 thumbs up to Arman Music Academy. Thank you for your amazing service.

The school's comprehensive curriculum covers everything from theory to performance, ensuring a well-rounded musical education. I'm truly impressed with the progress my child has made here. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the facilities are top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my child to learn and grow in music. Highly recommended!

Our daughter has been attending Tricity School of Music for over 5 years. Most recently, she's been taught by Li Mei who is an excellent piano teacher! Li Mei is kind, patient, and is always willing to help us out with make-up lessons as needed. I highly recommend this school and Li Mei as our daughter's playing skills have improved dramatically!

I would like to commend Marya Ricker (music theory lessons) and Li Mei (piano playing lessons)who have both taught our daughter piano. They are excellent music teachers! I have really enjoyed the recitals over the years. The playing gets better and better each year!
