HYDE CREEK RECREATION CENTRE REVIEWS
Great for toddlers and babies as well as older kids due to multiple shallow pools, a lazy river, spray features and a giant waterslide (height requirement). It's not as busy as other nearby pools and has good change room facilities and a little onsite cafe.
A nice clean community centre with friendly staff, using the one pass allows you to drop-in / register for a program or gym and then finish off the healthy outing by enjoying the pool, sauna, hot tub and stream room. Welcoming environment for all ages.
Old but perfect pool for younger childrens. It is a bit small for older kids. I wish they would bring back the certification program for being life guards and swim instructors.

PORT COQUITLAM COMMUNITY CENTRE REVIEWS
This is a very large community center right near the downtown Port Coquitlam and very close to the Coquitlam Bus Loop! They have some parking available outside. However, there is plenty of free parking underground. Wheelchair accessible parking as well. I was quite impressed with the look of the building it's self!! Free WiFi in the building. There are lots of things to keep active for the whole family. Check out the following areas: Fitness Centre, games room, 2 Arenas, Leisure Pool, Skating Rink, Gymnasium, Terry Fox Library, and Terry Fox Hometown Square! There are lots of seating areas available on all floors. There are options to use the elevator or stairs, which is great for all persons' abilities or preferences. This is definitely wheelchair accessible community center. They also have a confession stand, but their hours do vary. The consession area has a far mount of seating with tables and chairs. You can also sit along the windows and watch people skating. Washrooms are large, clean, and wheelchair accessible.
Such a beautiful place!! They offer a good range of interesting activities for all ages! The gym has a lot of different equipments and the pool is amazing! I want to go there again once the ice skating rink is open.
Fantastic facility. Multiple rinks. A gym, pool and waterpark. Was there for a Box Lacrosse tournament. Lots of underground parking which was convenient. Great viewing areas and big bonus the concession is licensed.

PORT MOODY RECREATION COMPLEX REVIEWS
I took skating lessons there during last October (private) and I was introduced by Alex, he helped me learn the basics of skating all the way until I was level 3. He’s a very kind guy that knows how to play hockey and he can teach you during your skating lessons (sometimes). I started taking more private lessons and now I’m level 6 in skating and I have to say all the staff were very kind and helpful. The facility itself is very clean, and organized and I found their ice very smooth and easy to skate on. The men’s washrooms never have a weird smell and is clean (most of the time). I did find a problem in the doors not closing all the way, and I had to grab the door from below to fully close it then lock it. Besides that I like their cafe, very nice food options and drink options. There are a lot of places you can walk your dog at and there are I think 2 tennis courts that are in good shape. The recreation centre is just my favourite place to go to. I highly suggest checking it out if your ever in need to find a place to play tennis, or learn how to skate, or how to play hockey. 5 out of 5.
Nice, spacious gym. Two rinks for ice skating and curling. Really nice indoors hot tub. Multisport gymnasiums. Several sorts of classes. All for affordable prices with a dedicated waves coffee inside. Definitely all you need for a nice day of exercise, no matter the flavor.
Busy place, but the programs they offer are great. Skating lessons for the kids is definitely top notch. Great staff.
