Truly great service from Al and Waterloo Express. Was patient and flexible when he realized we had extra time between wedding events but hadn't fully planned driver coverage, he checked his scheduled and offered to stay and help because he had enough time between. Really thoughtful and professional. Would highly recommend.

We hired Waterloo Express for our shuttle between the hotel and our wedding venue and our guests loved the service. The drivers were very polite and friendly. The only delays were from Cambridge rush hour traffic, which I'm sure caused they poor driver more stress than necessary. One of the many reasons we picked Waterloo Express was because of how responsive they were when we were reaching out to vendors. Other vendors left us hanging for weeks while these guys were getting back to us asap. They were also flexible with the payment terms if we needed it. Thank you for the awesome service.

The team at Waterloo Express were incredibly attentive, prompt and professional. They communicate extremely well and provide a superior service. I won't hesitate to use them again.
