I called EA but got no answer the first try. While I was looking for another option they called back and the dispatcher setup the visit. Chris kept us updated on his arrival time over the phone. He arrived almost exactly when he said he would. Very professional and courteous. Got the job done and took the time to explain other lock related items to us. I do recommend EA Cambridge.
