Such amazing and friendly customer service. The entire staff were pleasant and accommodating but mostly understanding and helpful when a difficult and frustrating situation presented itself. They were more concerned with the customers circumstances than the typical company prerogative. It's been a long time since I seen a business treat their patron so well and appreciate the curveball that's been dealt to them. I'll never use another locksmith in Edmonton

I brought in an ignition for my motorcycle as I lost my key in my move. Royal Lock and Key were able to take apart the ignition lock and make a new key within a couple hours and it was priced very well! Will be returning for future lock needs.

Excellent service. I needed my deadbolt rekeyed on a Saturday. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Reasonable prices.
