I recall my first meeting with Cindy. I was overwhelmed in the best way by how she made me feel seen and understood. I recall feeling immense relief after our first session and I was very eager to work with her. Cindy introduced me to EMDR and this technique has changed my life. Reprocessing trauma is a difficult task for a client but Cindy made me feel safe and gave me the space, the time, and the tools to work through the steps at my pace and I am forever grateful. I recommend EMDR to anyone who believes they can benefit from it.
