We had a last minute move that we were looking to get our piano moved, and 1Up did their best to accommodate us within their schedule. The timing did not end up working, but we really appreciated them doing their best to make time for our last minute move!

Took care to ensure items and walls were safe. Returned in the afternoon to complete a job (folding treadmill needing disassembling) with no extra charge, lots of smiles and good humour. Highly recommend!
