Super helpful staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and the service was above and beyond on pretty much every level. I'm a total novice and I was getting my first violin. The lovely man who helped me took a lot of time to help me with this. He showed me how to tighten the bow strings, he prepped them with rosin for me, he tuned the violin, helped me find a couple good books, and even gave me a super helpful crash course on holding the violin and bow. This was absolutely worth the drive and I'm very happy with my new violin. Thank you!
You can tell the people who run this store truly love music and instruments. Top notch expertise and help. So many instruments and gadgets to choose from. And you can get lessons here too reasonably priced. Shout out Brando who helped us. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful about guitars but also very nice to deal with!
