Long & McQuade Musical Instruments

I had a great experience learning the piano here at Long & Mcquade. My teacher Dona was amazing and has taught me a tremendous amount. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and has a great way to deliver material for you to understand very easily. I grew up playing other instruments but always wanted to learn the piano; now in my adult years I am able to play the keys. Listening to music has been much more fun and much easier to break down. To Dona and the friendly staff here, thank you.

We popped in just to have a look around and ask some stupid questions. We interacted with at least three people working there, and they were all happy to engage with us, and offered us patience and access to their knowledge. We walked out with a few nifty new toys, and a desire to return for more toys. This place is dangerous, in part because the staff are top-notch. Such a refreshing difference good customer service makes.

Love their amazing service, They forgot to add a cable I needed they owned up to their mistake and delivered it straight to the House party I was Djing at! Thank you for the great customer service.
