I was patient of Dr. Wu from 1998-2001. All I can say about him is that he is very caring , knowledgeable and helpful. On my request he started home dialysis program in Credit Valley and I did home dialysis from almost five years without a single issue. He even fought with the city when I told him that city is refusing my garbage because of used dialyzers. Overall he was exceptional in every respect. Thank you Dr. Wu, I cannot forget you.

Always wait at least an hour after scheduled time before being seen. Communicating recommendations are not always clear and definitely leaves you feeling lost and confused with reason why.

Dr Wu is amazing. He’s so knowledgeable and thorough. He really cares about his patients and will go out of his way to take care of them.

Dr Veronica Silva,although I have only seen her for three appointments, found her very knowledgeable for what I expect from my specialist doctor. But, I notice she was not satisfied with the findings of my blood pressure ratings and did not make another appointment to see her or maybe she just forgot. BUT she asked me to see another doctor!!! Has she given up!!!

Dr Silva looked after my mother in Kingston and she was (and is) the best of the best. She was caring, she LISTENED!!, and treated me as part of my mom's care. My mother loved Dr. Silva, and so did many of her patients. I miss her now that she is not in Kingston, but I know that her patients have the best doctor they could ever hope for.

I was referred to Doctor Silva by my family doctor and I have visited her office twice. She was kind, professional and made changes to my prescriptions that an internist and my family doctor did not seem to be aware of.
