Dr. Shahideh saved my moms life our family will forever be grateful to his incredible skill, professionalism and deep compassion. He treated her with the upmost respect, and was clear and honest in all communication. We feel truly so blessed that she was rushed to his practice and seen so quickly. Within 24 hours she was out of brain surgery and surpassed any complications thanks to Dr. Shahideh’s incredible work. Thank you so much, Dr! You are truly so gifted and appreciated.

Dr Shahideh has saved my life. I lost the use of my legs and was in terrible pain. He looked at my MRI and I was in surgery within hours. He had to rebuild my back, with rods, pins, and plates. Today after about a month later I can walk with a cane. Every day it gets better and better. I can't say enough about this surgeon, Dr Shahideh. He is amazing. Louis Laurenzi.

I saw Dr. Shahideh to address a herniated disc in my lower back, which had rendered me entirely unable to walk for months. I was bedridden for four months by the time I saw him, and he got me into emergency back surgery only a few days later. In one hour-long operation, Dr. Shahideh gave me my life back, and he's been nothing but helpful, gracious, and personable through all of my appointments with him! I can't recommend him enough. My only note for future patients is that getting an appointment with him is very difficult not only because he's in-demand, but because trying to phone the Spine Clinic is nearly impossible. If you go in-person to the Spine Clinic to book appointments however, they'll take you right away!

The Trillium Spine Center treated me exceptionally well. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Mehdi Shahideh and his team. Dr. Shahideh is an exceptional surgeon, and I consider myself blessed to have had his expertise for my C spine laminectomy and fusion. Thanks to his brilliant surgery, the fabulous nursing staff and the physiotherapists at the Trillium, I have been on a steady road to recovery, and I feel confident in the stability of my neck vertebrae and reduced cord compression. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care and expertise, Dr. Izukawa provided during my recent visit to his clinic. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain every step with such clarity and compassion, turning what could have been a daunting experience into one I could face with confidence and peace of mind. His dedication and skill were evident at every stage, and the successful outcome of my surgery is a true testament to his commitment to patients’ well-being.

I had a great experience with Dr. Izukawa. He was well mannered, friendly and very professional. Dr. Izukawa made sure I was well informed about my condition and subsequent treatment. On surgery day, he was very quick to put my family and myself at ease before the surgery. After surgery he made time to speak with my family and gave an overview of how things went. Follow up was scheduled promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Izukawa.

Dr. Izukawa is a compassionate & understanding surgeon. He listens intently & asks questions to ensure he understood the symptoms that I was experiencing.
