Dr. El Saidi is the only psychiatrist I met who stresses healthy eating and encourages a good relationship with food. To him, food is "what your great-grandmother would recognize as food". He called it the "great-grandmother rule". The only psychiatrist who provided me with a long list of investigations and insisted that I complete them before the next visit. I found him honest and straightforward. I can easily understand how some might not appreciate his approach. He is not the sugar-coating type. If you want him to sugarcoat every opinion, then he is not your doctor, I think. However, he is very kind and professional.

Dr. El-Saidi is one of the best psychiatrist that I have ever had the pleasure of dealting with. He is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and he listens. His staff, like Janah, at the reception, is very friendly and really keeps on top of things. Five stars!!!

I called Dr Gallant to inquire if he is accepting new patients. He personally returned the call the next day and kindly informed me that he wasn’t. But, he did not just end it at that. He took the time to ask what was my concern and offered suggestions on places where I can try to seek help. I think it speaks volumes when a doctor returns the call personally and takes the time to ask and listen to my concerns when i am not even his patient! . i wish Dr Gallant is seeing new patients because I can already tell that he is an excellent doctor and he would have helped me a lot.

Dr Gallant has been a constant source of support for me during a difficult time. When one suffers with anxiety, sometimes you feel like you are losing control. He gave me tools that really helped and helped me realize that I can worth through it. Very punctual, and helpful.
