If you want Professional then Heidi is it. At a time that everyone else was 'too busy' and we were in a crunch for time - Heidi and her Team supported us. Even when it took longer than expected, Heidi and her Team were there for us. Heidi did exactly what she said she would and she is a true definition of 'Integrity'. My family was in a very difficult time and Heidi was there to save the day and come through. Do yourself a favour and before you consider looking anywhere else - Call Heidi as she is the BEST choice. I recommended her 200% and you will not be let down. You will be glad you did and she will be there for you to help you when you need someone in your corner. Me Lajeunesse handled my home purchase for me. She was extremely professional, efficient, patient and very kind. She cares about the quality of her work and goes above and beyond to make certain everything is done properly and in your best interest. Her assistant Marie-Soleil is also very pleasant, quick to respond and very professional. I will not use another notary for my future needs and highly recommend this office.

We hired BDL to help with a real estate purchase. Generally, the service received was very good. This was our first home purchase and Mathieu guided us through the whole process, answering all my questions. I would recommend them for anyone in need of notary services.

Working with Vanessa, the process was amazing. Furthermore we engaged with Vanessa after the fact and she was more than helpful and willing to help us. Really impressed by this group.

I could not have been happier then to have been referred to Me Scarlette Hage, a very professional, efficient and hard working notary who answered every single little question i had, maximized the reimbursements the seller owed me, and finalized the deal in a timely fashion with every party involved satisfied. Long story short, there is no reason to deal with anyone other then Me Scarelette Hage. 5/5.

Scarlette was personable and kind, and was very efficient in getting my documents completed. The timeliness and communication in English and French was excellent and Scarlette's office space is lovely! I am unsure if there are standard costs for notary services but I noted that the service cost for a will/mandate was double of what I paid four years ago so perhaps they have gone up overall.

My husband and I bought a house a few months ago and we reached out to Scarlette Hage for notary services. I have to say that we were very happy with her and her team! You can expect nothing but professionalism! Recommend 120%.
