Joanne helped me notarize two documents on Thursday and she was very sweet, professional, and helpful! I walked-in close to closing time and she was more than happy to welcome me and help me make sure I had everything I needed even when the time exceeded 4:30PM. She even went a step further to help me understand some technicalities in Global Affairs Canada's wording on their website and forwarded me their mailing form via email after our appointment, guiding me to my situation's specific next steps. It was a lovely experience.

Very friendly service. I went to get notarized copies of my recently deceased father's Will. This can be a costly process but they were very understanding and they gave me a volume discount. I appreciate the concessions they made to help make this difficult time a little bit easier. I know I said it already, but 5 stars.

I would Highly recommend Dan Clarke & His team. I have used them on multiple occasions with my business. He originally helped me out by fixing my incorporation as it was not previously done properly. He also set up my new company I started to purchase a commercial property and did it fast for me as I only had weeks to close the deal. He also helps me with customers that don't want to pay. If you are looking for a fast and reliable Lawyer that is down to earth and will get it done right the first time.

We went to Dan Clarke to update our wills and to purchase an investment property. We really enjoyed working with Dan because he took his time to make sure that we understood all of the language in the paperwork, and he explained it to us in plain, easy-to-understand language. His calm demeanour left us feeling secure relying on his expertise. We will continue to use Dan Clarke for any upcoming legal matters and would highly recommend him to any of our friends and family.

Purchased my first property and Dan Clarke was my lawyer for the purchase. He was informative and walked me through all of the legal documents step by step to make sure I understood everything. It ended up being a very easy and smooth process. I would definitely use Dan's services again in the future.

Doug provided me with outstanding service two time. First, he came to my house for notary work and saved us a mint (compared to the walk-in notary). Second, he assisted me in the purchase of my home. Both went extremely well and I'd definitely recommend Doug to anyone.

I needed to get two documents notarized for a Visa application. Mr. Chan was personable, patient, and answered all my questions as well as any concerns that I had (and I had many LOL). I left feeling very happy after my appointment, I definitely recommend this lawyer if you need any documents notarized.

Doug is great as are all his staff. We have used him to incorporate and renew our mortgage, he makes these more complicated processed as walk in the park. I highly recommend him for his variety of legal services!!
