What a great team here at LensCrafters Newmarket! Selena was super friendly and helpful and was patient answering all my questions, and Jamie was so sweet doing my fitting. In fact all the ladies here during my visit today were sweet and made sure to check in if I needed anything. Excellent service all around.

Went in today as my glasses had been loose for a while- super nice and friendly customer service. Got my glasses fixed and perfect. And even though I had bought them at a different location, they were kind to help! Thank you.

Stopped by to see the Professionals over at LensCrafters Upper Canada Mall today. Extremely pleasant, friendly and true craftsmanship. Repaired my sunglasses in a matter of minutes and answered all of my questions. Thank you for a great experience.

They were all very courteous, helpful and friendly. I went in for the 2 glasses deal and took my time browsing for the frames without being bothered. As soon as I finished, then they began talking me through the process and checking my eyes, and examining them. I had trouble deciding on the shade colour for the transitional glasses lenses, so they provided me a sample lenses to examine, explaining the differences between them. I was able to make a decision with that. The person who examined me is knowledgable, answering any general eye health and glaucoma questions I had. I left happily awaiting my new glasses. I returned shortly after receiving them, for adjusting the tightness of the frames. Quick adjustment and I left happily.

Going to Specsaver was a very pleasant experience for me and my sons. The staff was very friendly and respectful, and the doctor was very thorough, polite, and friendly. They did everything they could to the best of their ability. We arrived on time and our eye examination was done without wasting any time. I am very grateful to the Specsaver staff.

My husband and I both got glasses here in the last month. The staff is so kind, the process is so easy and painless, and they bill insurance directly. I could not recommend more.

Super helpful and very caring. They take your time to make sure you find the pair of glasses that you like and feel comfortable with. Staff is very welcoming and friendly so it makes the whole experience much easier. The quality of the glasses are also very good. Highly recommend.
