I needed a couple of prescriptions refilled but I had no repeats remaining. I contacted Skycare and a young lady by the name of Sydney helped me. There was a lot of going back and forth from my doctor's office to the pharmacy and my doctor was away, which added to my stress. I also advised Sydney that I would be going away the following week and needed this medication for that time. Sydney told me to leave it in her hands and was confident that I would get my meds on time. As a result, I indeed received my prescriptions as promised! I appreciated the dedicated service and effort that was given by this particular staff member and all staff members for their hard work and dedication. This is a busy pharmacy and it’s extremely well run. Good job to all the staff at Skycare!

I received excellent service from Danny. He was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to verify my insurance details with the provider after receiving a submission error. I wasn't able to wait for the compounding of the meds to be completed as we had to get home with our newborn so Danny went the extra mile and drove our meds to our home after hours! Thanks Danny and Skycare team.

Danny is a great human being! He has gone above and beyond to help me with my prescription after I explained my situation. As soon as I walked in, he personally greeted and acknowledged me. I really appreciate his excellent approach, professionalism, and caring attitude towards his customers. The Pharmacist was also very helpful, he took his time to explained the prescription. OPTIMUM PHARMACY REVIEWS

My in-laws caught COVID for the first time and I got Paxlovid from the Pharmacy. The ladies here were super thorough with checking and prescribing, and made sure my family were safe to use the drug. Also they opened on the Saturday in the afternoon which really saved us because we really didn't want to wait for many pharmacies to open on Monday.

I had a great experience at Optimum Pharmacy. I had my first dose administrated today by the pharmacist. She was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. It was painless and quick. I will definitely be coming back to this pharmacist and Pharmacy for any future medication needs.

Friendly, kind individuals working there. Very thorough with information regarding the new medications. Would go back again. Customer service is top notch.

Fast and wonderfully friendly service. When I call to request a refill I get a real person on the phone not an automated system and I always get my prescription filled quickly and get a courtesy call when it’s ready. I get to speak with a pharmacist every time I pick up my refills and they check up on me, asking how I’m doing on the medication and if I have any questions. Thank you Robins staff for being wonderful and keep up the great work! :)

I've lived all over Ontario, and you won't find a better pharmacy. Kevin and the team of pharmacists and support staff are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They are always friendly and willing to take the time to discuss patient concerns and questions. I never feel rushed, and they are always kind to me over the phone. I will keep giving them my business for as long as I live in the area.

Switched from a larger pharmacy to the IDA on Main St in Newmarket. So glad I did. The staff are professional, caring and patient. They have gone above and beyond to look after myself and my daughter. Highly recommend.
