I just wanted to take the time to say WOW! From the moment we walked in for a quote, it didn't take us long to say yes, even before we actually got the $dollar amount. My daughter and I went to 4 other places and had picked one, this was our last stop as I wanted to be thorough as a parent and we immediately decided HERE! First off, the front desk office staff are phenomenal, so kind, thoughtful and efficient. Then the ladies, wow, so helpful, kind and knowledgeable, what a staff!...and of course our doctor, who went above and beyond, and was so patient, knowledgable, efficient and overall so helpful and always made each visit so wonderful, putting mama at ease when I had questions. I can't say enough....this is truly a great experience and can't wait until my son comes to experience the same. Thanks.

My son is getting Invisalign done at Newmarket Orthodontics and is at the beginning of his journey. So far (3 appts in) it has been a wonderful experience! Dr. Matt's bedside manner is nothing short of fantastic. Not only did he calm down his nervous patient, he managed to alleviate all our concerns as well. The staff is attentive, appointments are always on time (no hour long waits watching CP24 waiting to be called!) and everyone is welcoming and understanding that they're dealing with kids who are anxious about any dental procedure. We still have a long road ahead (so far we've done the prep work) and hope we continue to get the same level of service we've come to expect. Definitely a Five Star experience.

"I had an amazing experience there. They are very welcoming, and I felt very comfortable. I took my daughter for a consultation but ended up with orthodontics for her and Invisalign for myself. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I tried other locations for consultations, but I was told I needed to remove my teeth. Here, they tried to preserve my teeth, which made me even happier.

We went to 3 orthodontists for treatment plan quotes before deciding to begin treatment for our youngest with Dr Brown. He was knowledgeable, willing to take the time to answer my many questions and explain the differences and benefits between various treatment approaches. His staff are all very warm, kind and patient and very accommodating. Appointments happen on time with little to no wait time. The results my son obtained within the care of Dr Browns clinic are fantastic. Knowing we had 3 kids starting their orthodontia journey, we wanted to ensure we went with an office that we felt comfortable with in their expertise and approach, and of course, price. Dr Brown delivered on all fronts and we are looking forward to working with his team going forward with our other 2 kids! Highly recommend.
