Hakim Optical

Went to Hakim today for an eye exam, and to pick out a new set of frames for my new prescription. The optometrist was very efficient and to the point, and he did a very good job. The staff in the store were extremely helpful and curteous, and showed me several frames before I settled on a pair. They answered my questions very well, and the overall experience was quite pleasant!

Had a misunderstanding with my glasses order. It happens. Thought it would cost me more money. In short, called Manager of the store, Roger. Very pleasant. Old school, customer comes first. He went over and above to correct the issue. Highly recommend Hakim Optical on Bayfield Street. They will continue to get my business.

Very good , fast and friendly customer service Marika took her time to go through everything with me and they had My prescription glasses ready for pick up within 2 hours.
