Hakim Optical Cambridge

Came in Monday night to put in an order and I picked them up Friday. The Staff was helpful and fast with my glasses and I really appreciate my new pairs . UPDATE: it's three months later and I accidentally broke my glasses last night. I went in this morning and they gave me a new set of frames on the spot :) I even got to pick a different color to my original frames. Yvonne was supper helpful and made the super clean and friendly experience even better! Thanks again!

Reps provided excellent customer service and went beyond their way to help me find the right frames for my sunglasses. I was satisfied by the level of professionalism by the staff as they patiently listened to my needs. All in all excellent place to get glasses as there are many varieties and styles, awesome customer service and competitively priced. Keep up the great work, definitely earned my business.

I bought two pair of glasses at Hakim - great price and they look really good. Keegan was very helpful with the ordering and did a great job adjusting the one pair I had a problem with. Kathy - the Optometrist is just a joy to deal with. I highly recommend this store.
