In a world where real customer service is very rare, Nelms Opticians is a real gem. It is a very long story, but suffice to say I had complications with my insurance company. The staff at Nelms went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. They were so friendly, courteous and helpful, above and beyond. Thank you to each and every one of them. Plus, I love my new glasses!

Needed lenses popped into an identical set of frames, from an older pair that run their course. I’m the type that buy multiple frames at a time. Nelms replaced the lenses, and nosepieces without question. Easiest repair/replacement ever! Thanks !
