Towne Optical

Amazing customer experience and they have a lab on prem capable of same day glasses! I was vacationing in the Kawarthas and lost my glasses in the lake. I had called around Peterborough until I reached Towne Optical and they confirmed they had a lab and could provision me with glasses the same day. I was able to get my prescription from my at home optrician and went to Towne Optical. I was greeted by Melissa who was just amazing. She was so helpful in all ways including helping me choose frames that both my wife and I agreed were the right look for me. She was able to fast track things and I leterally had glasses within an hour. Thank you Towne Optical and especially Melissa!

Amazing staff and great pricing. I got my new pair with all the good upgrades on lenses(anti scratch, anti glare and such) for an amazing deal! They even worked with me on the pricing because my ontario works helped me pay. Great frames nice and sturdy, lenses are great and everyone working there is super nice. I will be going here anytime I need glasses 100%!! EDIT" 1 year later and the glasses are still perfect not a single scratch or mark on the lenses, I have never had an arm fall off, or a lense pop out, I literally have had no issues I had getting glasses here than I did at other places. Thank you guys so much again you deserve more than 5 stars.

Highly recommend this store for purchasing Eyewear, staff here are absolutely amazing. Who knew buying new glasses could be so much fun. Have referred a lot people here and I'm sure many more to come.
