Had pain in one eye for almost a week, called to see if I should get it looked at. They got me in within an hour, did full testing and reassured me it wasn't anything my over active imagination was thinking of. Extremely friendly staff, as they usually are, but went above and beyond my bi-yearly visit this time. Though Dr. Bohnsack is my usual Optometrist, Doctor Diotte handled my appointment today with excellent service. Best Optometrists in the city. Would add more stars if I could.

These guys are excellent , they give 110% service. Ive only ever had to go for emergencies like having a piece of metal stuck in my eye and when the cat scratched my eye. But everytime you explain what happened they fit you in regardless if they even have room ! I recommend these guys to everyone !

It has been several years since my last eye exam. Very happy with my decision to go to FYidoctors on Smythe Street. Professional, thorough and I won’t go anywhere else in the future.
