Awesome service staff is fantastic and friendly. They fix xbox controllers too. Just had two Elite 2s repaired with one rebuild. We're going to be having our backup xbox controllers done next. Thanks Max you're a lifesaver when it came to rebuilding my limited edition Halo Infinite Elite 2 controller. I thought it was done for! I will tell everyone that tells me they're having issues with their xbox controllers to go to Hock Shop Orillia and ask for Max.

The Hock Shop in Orillia is wonderful! Very clean and organized. Andrew helped us with our purchase and he was so nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
