Customer service is excellent, however their prices on video games are a bit high. However, since they don’t specialize in video games, they are usually willing to negotiate on the pricing for games, and the owner was extremely kind on the phone.

Awesome service every time I go, amazing prices and fair service all the time, this is the only pawn shop I trust and go to also the lady at the front is super friendly and respectful and amazing at her job and always pleasant to deal with!
