Westside Pest Control Coquitlam

I received great service from Westside. Both Amy, the receptionist and Thomas, the inspector, were friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. We suspected we had a mouse in the house. Thomas arrived on time and was quickly able to confirm our suspicions. He identified the probable point of entry was the garage and provided good advice on how to block future entry and he set up traps and poison stations. We our now mouse free and very happy. Got rodents in our house and called Westside. They sent Jake to us in Burnaby, BC. Jake is amazing! He is honest, friendly, and professional. After Jake sealed the holes around the house and put bait stations and traps around in the house, we didn't see trace of mice/rats anymore. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Jake. The 6-month guarantee is also a plus.

Adam was here to help me. The hornet nest had been bugging me for a week, and they are finally gone. Until Adam told me, I didn't know they are hornets and they are very aggressive. I am glad that I didn't go and try to remove the nest myself.
