I have been seeing Bob after having a total knee replacement.
I was scared to have PT, Bob was gentle when he needed to be but pushed me when I needed it! I just had my 6 week follow-up with my surgeon, and thanks to Bob pushing me and believing in me, my surgeon was incredibly happy with my progress! I exceeded all expectations at the 6 week mark! I'm so happy to have a physiotherapist who not only knows his stuff but also listens to his patients and helps you meet your personal goals!
Even though my visit was OHIP covered I was impressed with the quality of care. Bob was meticulous in assessing my needs and recommending a course of action.
Totally at odds with other places I have been where OHIP covered clients are not given the same level of care, and seemed to be rushed through
I love going here for my physio do to the great atmosphere, Amazing staff all way around. Always polite and understanding with why your there. Always knows how to help and figure ways to go farther when at home. Overall I recommend going here for Physiotherapy and I give them 1000% out of 100%
