It is a 4,195-seat multi-purpose arena - Capacity: Hockey 4,195, East End Stage 4,801, Centre Stage 5,000, Wrestling 5,400, Standing Room 100 people & Luxury Suites: 27 - 14 at ice level and 13 at the top of the seating area

We were in the area and there was a pre-season match between the Ottawa Senators and the New York Islanders. Bought our tickets in advance (they were a bit pricey compared to the inexpensive tickets for minor league ice hockey that plays here). We had a great time seeing professional hockey players in an intimate setting - i.e. a smaller arena than most of the professional ice hockey rinks. Variety of food was on sell - game fair. Had a good time..... Good place to go for fun.

Bear Creek houses exotic animals that otherwise would have to be euthanized because nobody would take them. Their love and care for the animals is amazing. They are fed proper diets and are housed in enclosures that contain things for them to do. It is well worth supporting them for the work they do. Their animals live happily to old age!

I really like listening to music and watching live theatre at the Mady Centre in Barrie, ON. Some great theatre companies perform here, and there is always a selection of live music events to choose from. All the seats are a good view. Seats are a little on the small side for me. Clean, modern and upscale. Worth a trip, and the prices are awesome!
