Each choreography is individually tailored to the couple’s talents and learning ability. He literally transcends conventional teaching by weaving students’ ideas, ambitions, special skills and preferences into the fabric of their wedding dance routine. Norbert rather builds a student–teacher “production-team-spirit” instead of maintaining the typical instructor-student hierarchy. He has a way of bringing out the best in his students.
