Had Andrew over to fix some leaks & clogs in the kitchen last month. He was professional, and thorough. Fully explained to me what was needed, and what he did to correct the issues. A month later, everything is still working great with no problems. Completely worth it for the quality of service.

For over a year, we had been dealing with a toilet that, more often than not, would not fully flush. It would often take 2, 3, even 4 flushes to fully rid the bowl of waste. Sometimes it was just easier to pour a small bucket of water down the bowl to quickly clear away waste. Over that year, we tried several things ourselves to fix it, from adjusting water levels, to cleaning and/or replacing parts. Nothing seemed to work. Finally we decide it's time to call someone. 2 days after making the call, a courteous man named Andrew shows up a few minutes earlier than the expected time bracket and gets right to work. We leave him be and within the hour, after some tinkering and a couple trips out to his van, he emerges to say the problem is fixed. Apparently a hardwater build-up in the bowl was choking off optimal water flow. He used an auger to scrape the build-up off and the toilet now flushes like a dream again! You don't often realize how nice a proper flush is until you no longer have it. Overall the experience was very positive. On time arrival, friendly interaction and speedy work. The only small thing was that the price was a bit more than expected in the end for an hours work. 89.99 an hour, plus the van fee of 19.99 was expected, but turns out the half hour they took to drive to our home was part of the time they charge, plus using extra tools (like the auger) incurred an extra fee. I only mention this so future customers are prepared for this before they call. But for how long we had a toilet that only partially worked, it was worth every cent. I haven't been so thrilled to flush my toilet in.... probably ever. XD Thank you for the excellent service, Andrew. We would definitely call Hello Plumber again in the future. - Melody S Reply

We desperately needed a plumbing issue corrected. Prompt service. Sam arrived well equipped to deal with our issue and engaged with our toddler throughout the service. The service was beyond my expectations. It was a happy ending to a very stressful situation and put us at ease. Sam did her job with nothing but excellence. Will recommend this company to anyone.
