Mr. Pipes Plumbing & Heating

A clogged sink drain on a Friday night. I had some success unclogging it with a sink opener...until Sunday afternoon. Stripped, I contracted Mr Pipes by courier that same Sunday afternoon. I received a return call within minutes and was offered the choice: immediate service or the next day. The next day a very polite, clean technician showed up, explained the procedures to me in detail as he worked and carried out the work impeccably, leaving the whole space very clean and functional. It was not the first time that I called on the services of Mr Pipes, I have always been very satisfied with the service.

They were able to diagnosis my problem with photos via text, and did not charge me for their suggestion. What I thought was going to be hundres of dollars was a $1 fix. Kind, knowledgeable, and fair. I'll be returning as a customer if the need arises again!

Needed a little help, and they were fast and honest. Good job by the plumber AND the lady who booked my appointment. Very friendly.
