Monday morning required a plumber for my moms home. Mr. Rooter was recommended to us. From the moment I called and spoke with Shirin I knew we had chosen the right place. Said would send someone in a couple hours....that day!! And sure enough, Curt Mason arrived in that time frame. Curt was very professional, very knowledgeable and got the job done. Phone service was efficient. after hours call, booked service for next day. Tech Curton Mason was very courteous and professional, cleared the drain blockage and assessed good function. Would call again for quick service for understood high/ premium rates. costs were explained before proceeding with the work.
