My mom had a leak of water outside her house and we didn't know where it came from since it is summer and there is no rain. I called and Kevin Florkow called me right away to set up a time to see it the next day. He is very experienced and knew what was the issue and how to go about contacting insurance etc. All this was done in a day and Kevin contacted the insurance with a quote and immediately approved and the next day people came to start the repairs. Kevin arranged everything and the job was done quickly and done well. I will recommend Mr. Rooter for sure.

These guys are wonderful. I hope I never have to call them again, but I will not hesitate if I do need them. The technician that came was very professional and took the time to explain what he would be doing. He left the bathroom spotless and ready us.
