We had a clogged kitchen sink. Our technician David was very professional and did a wonderful job. He was able to resolve the issue with the help of his supervisor. He explained to us what he was doing and never showed any signs of rushing. He had to use a bigger and longer auger to clear the clog after trying a smaller one. The clog seemed to be further down the line. I would recommend Pioneer to friends.
