Imperial Paddock Pools is the most reliable, trustworthy company we've ever dealt with. They have been taking care of our pool for years. I can count on them to be consistent and thorough. The office staff are wonderful and efficient. We've had several issues with the pumps and Ken and Richard were here and had the problems fixed immediately. We've had the same "pool boy" John for years and he feels like family! My kids call them our Pool Angels!" I would highly recommend this company.

Have been using Imperial Paddock pools for years now. maintain my own pool so it's usually a water sample , instructions on how to proceed and picking up what need . Always friendly courteous and they always have what need. They installed a new pool furnace for me a few years ago now and their pricing was the most competitive.

Good guys there. Top notch customer service. The also have a machine to test your pool and hot tube water.
