Staff was super friendly! They tested our water for us and helped us find the chemicals and treatments we needed for our pool water. Service was quick and thorough. Great place to go if you’re a first time pool owner or just looking for friendly staff and great advice.

Paula, Jon & the whole team were fantastic to deal with. We had a vision for our backyard and they were patient and knowledgeable while we decided on what type and style of hot tub & inground pool. Covid delays were initially tough and delayed the hot tub arrival but Paula kept us informed and when she confirmed it would arrive they did not disappoint !! The pool process was so smooth and exactly as promised. Jon and the installation crew worked long hours in extreme heat wave to get our fibreglass pool in and running as quick as possible (2 weeks start to finish with a machine break down and lost day) all while still installing other pools and hot tubs. Jon spent 2 hours with us going over all the pump and heater functions and how to, asked all our questions and helped put together and test the amazing robot vacuum. Paula and team in the store are quick to answer all chemical questions and prepare orders for pick up to save time. They take the time to explain how to adjust chemical levels and give recommendations based on experience. WaveMaker Pool Spa Showroom is hands down the best and we will be recommending to all.
