It was a great pleasure to have done business with Chris Ryan Property Management Services. The service was exceptional, as Chris took us through stage by stage to the very end. My family and I are grateful to have met such a wonderful individual whom not only care about just renting a property but, took time out to ensure we were satisfied with the condo, and all the amenities. With such great service my husband and I certainly will be working with Chris company in the near future when we will be acquiring our own home. I do recommend Chris Ryan Property Management Services to anyone looking for a Realtor or a property manager. I can't reiterate more that you will not be disappointed.

Chris was straightforward about everything and very helpful. He worked with my family, who is moving from out of country, to find the right fit home for our family. We appreciated his comprehensive videos of each of the available rentals and the estimated utility costs. He went above and beyond to make sure we found a great rental.

HAPPY PLACE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REVIEWS

While we were busy finishing up our renovations on our rental home, the Happy Place Property Management Team were busy promoting our property, identifying & screening potential tenants. Our home was rented even before we finished all of our renovations! We have been very impressed with the professionalism and the ease of working of working with Happy Place Property Management.

Jenna and her property management company took over the management of my rental property at Crown Drive since 2018. We are very pleased with the services we received as we are living in Toronto. With peace of mind on our side, she and her company have been making sure that our property is in exceptional rental conditions, filled with good tenants and collecting rents on time. We are happy to continue using her services and our next rental property will also be under her management.

I have been using Halifax Quality Homes to manage my property for almost 5 years. As I live abroad, I sometimes need a lot of support. They have been extremely reliable and professional and have gone out of their way to help me. Even with a 7 hour time difference, they always responded to any questions I have in a timely way. They have an excellent network of contractors and professionals to help undertake any work needed on my condo. They have always secured excellent tenants for me and kept me informed throughout the rental process. I wouldn't go anywhere else for property management!
