Gerri at Liberty Tax on Quinpool Road in Halifax is fantastic. She really cares about her clients and goes out of her way for them. Professional, knowledgeable, so patient with all my questions and all with a smile and great sense of humour. Highly recommend this great local business. I have been going to Liberty tax on Quinpool Road now for quite a few years, after Gerri was recommended to me. She has always been a great resource for any questions or concerns you may have, and will get you the optimal refund possible. Her service is fast, friendly and reasonable as far as rates go. Quebec taxes are so confusing! I had my taxes filed a few years back and CRA came back asking for information this year. They have a Quebec tax specialist at this location and they took charge and helped me with my issue so quickly. Lucy working the front desk gave an amazing customer experience. Would highly recommend.

The Joseph Howe location is amazing. When ever the government needs extra information or decide to do a reassessment ... I just go in and see Helene at the front desk and she is always so kind and drops everything to make sure I'm taken care of. She is so efficient that the last few times I had issues she had them fixed with in 2 days. I highly recommend this location. CRA can be stressful, go see Helene she will make you feel at ease. Thank you H&R Block and especially you Helene.

I've worked with Kosta and his team for 3 years now, and each year he has been able to handle my (increasingly complicated!) tax return quickly, professionally, and at an affordable price. He is very quick to answer questions, and makes the process incredibly smooth, taking a ton of stress out of the whole situation. I would recommend him to anybody.

My wife and I were slightly behind on a few tax returns. We were a nervous and bit worried about the process to get caught up and submit etc. Kosta from Taxes on Wheels made the process so simple and efficient. He had everything completed super quick and kept us informed all along the way. It was a great experience and we are absolutely long term customers now. 100% recommend for all your tax needs.

Kosta's service is convenient, professional, and very relaxed. I love that he offers a mobile service that works around my needs and that I didn't have to fit an extra appointment into my already over scheduled week.
