The best Building management team u have ever met! Himi and Lizzie welcomed me with open arms to the building, they seamlessly organized my move in date and gave me all the need to know details about the building! I was starting to feel stressed and overwhelmed about the move but by the time I walked out of their office I was feeling calm and confident that everything was working out great and I had chosen the best building in town :) can’t wait to move into this building that I know is being managed a run by such amazing people!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to ICC Property Management, especially to Property Manager Lizzie and Assistant Manager Himi, for their exceptional support and assistance during my time at the new Condo. From day one, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that I feel welcomed and supported in every possible way. Royal York is recognized as one of one the best PM companies in Canada and I wasn't disappointed! They certainly exceeded my expectations. Customer service is above and beyond and getting started was seamless. I love how they're changing the industry with their vision and mission.

I finally moved out of my parents house and started making a living of my own. Found a great job and a great apartment too. The condo I found is amazing and it was all thanks to Royal York. It is such a cozy apartment and spacious. Love it.

The 24/7 availability is great. Having them always there whenever I had a request or a simple question is truly a life-saver. Well done Royal York.
