Joann was my property manager for 2+ years (July 2020 to October 2022) and was always very responsive when an issue came up. Whenever I put in a request for issues with the sink, heating, and once for mice, the contractor got in touch with me the same or next day, and came to address the issue within a couple days. I'm not sure how other property managers are at Dorset, but Joann is great!

Great experience with Dorset Realty! Just good things to say about Philma and Jezzelle! They are super easy to reach out and talk to and offer the best service and attention to any matter.

I'm happy with Brian Spencer as our Strata Property Manager. He has done a great job taking care of our building for all these years.
